What is The Corporate Series?

The Corporate Series (TCS) is a five (5) event series that offers upwardly mobile Black and Latinx professionals a comprehensive, step-by-step blueprint for approaching strategic career progression, particularly as a professional of color.

TCS is led by a panel of distinguished executives, who share their stories inside of the step-by-step blueprinted topics that the TCS professional development curriculum outlines. This creates an experience that is authentic and relatable, while still being actionable for attendees looking for specific “next step” actions they can take after each session, specific to where they are on their career advancement journey.

The TCS series delivers 5 trainings, encompassing 45 unique modules, that equip new and seasoned professionals with the strategic and tactical insights, as well as the critical lessons on soft skills that live “in between the lines,” that are necessary to design a career path tracking toward senior level and director level positions and compensation.

What you will learn from the TCS event series?

Each ImBlackInTech TCS panel is comprised of 2-3 individuals from various enterprises, who have navigated highly successful careers in large companies.

TCS events create a lively, honest discussion with the panelists about best practices and next practices they’ve learned and employed in their careers, in a step-by-step order, that have helped them attract high visibility positions, work and manage teams all over the world, manage budgets in the hundreds of millions, and produce outcomes that built their track record and their career identity.

They pull back the red curtain and share the nitty gritty details of what it took to get from the starting gate in their first position, to a place of power and influence in their current or previous roles.
