The Root’s: Young, Fabulous and Female and ManCode

I had the pleasure of attending The Root’s: Young, Fabulous and Female and ManCode Event in May. There was BIG talk of how success is defined and how the meaning can shift over time in our own personal and professional journeys. Here are a few tidbits that every innovator, creator and founder should note:

  • The definition of success can shift over time
  • Success is the ability to refine yourself
  • Success is not a destination but a journey
  • You can never separate your identify from your definition of success

The Root’s Young, Fabulous and Female and ManCode Event was  a full dose of “I can do this!”, check out the highlights here!
